You will only receive text messages from edgefi if there is an active support ticket associated with your account. Our SMS services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information via SMS from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
