SMS Communications
Program Overview
edgefi operates a Customer Care SMS program exclusively for existing edgefi managed services clients. The program is used to deliver active-ticket support communications, scheduling coordination, technical instructions, and ticket-resolution notifications from your edgefi service team.
This program is not used for marketing, sales outreach, or promotional content of any kind.
Who is enrolled
The following individuals are eligible for enrollment in edgefi's Customer Care SMS program:
- Designated client contacts authorized in your edgefi Master Services Agreement (MSA) to receive support communications
- Authorized additional contacts added to your client record by your account manager at your request
- Individuals who provide express consent in writing or verbally to an edgefi representative during an active support engagement, where the consent is documented in edgefi's PSA system
How to enroll a new mobile number
Existing edgefi clients can add an authorized mobile contact by:
- Contacting your edgefi account manager directly, or
- Emailing it@edgefi.com with the request and the contact details
- Requesting enrollment during an active support engagement with any edgefi technician
How to opt out
You can opt out of the Customer Care SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from edgefi. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further SMS communications.
To re-enroll after opting out, reply START or contact your account manager.

Disclosures
- Message frequency varies by support ticket activity.
- Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier.
- edgefi does not charge a fee to use this SMS program.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose.
